Strange style of assemblies' versions

Currently versions for Lardite.RefAssistant.10.0.dll and Lardite.RefAssistant.ObjectModel.dll assemblies are assigned in strange manner. Also they don't relate with version of extension.
Versions of assemblies must indicate:
  • Visual Studio 2010 relevance;
  • Extension relevance.

Resolved with changeset 5403.

Refactoring of version assignment. Changes of extension should be reflected in versions, but not changes of visual studio. Because for new version of Visual Studio will be created new assembly Lardite.RefAssistant.11.0.dll. This library will use a shared assembly Lardite.ObjectModel.dll.
